These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Virmania Stay, a cloud-based hotel management platform provided by Virmania. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the service.

Virmania Stay may integrate with or link to third-party services. Virmania is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of such third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Termination
Virmania reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may terminate your subscription at any time; however, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees incurred prior to termination.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virmania, its affiliates, and its partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Virmania Stay or violation of these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Virmania regarding your use of Virmania Stay and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
